This page explains what happens to the information you submit when you join the PepperMind early-access list. PepperMind itself is still in development; this page covers only this website and its early-access list.

Who runs PepperMind

PepperMind is operated by PepperMind App Ltda., based in Brazil.

For any privacy question, contact us at peppermindapp@gmail.com.

What we collect

  • Your email address (required).
  • Your first name, if you choose to give it.
  • Optional preferences after you join: the kinds of memories that interest you and whether you are open to a feedback conversation.
  • Basic signup context: which button you used, the page language, any campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source), the version of the signup notice you saw, and the time you joined.

To limit abuse, the server briefly records a one-way, keyed fingerprint of your network address. Raw IP addresses are not stored with your registration, and these fingerprints are automatically discarded after a short time.

How we use it

We use your email to send PepperMind early-access invitations and occasional product updates, which is what you ask for when you join. If you said you were open to it, we may also invite you to a short feedback conversation.

Joining does not create a PepperMind account, does not guarantee early access, and does not share any memories or personal content, because the product is not available yet.

We do not sell your information, use advertising trackers, or set analytics cookies on this website.

Where it is stored

Registrations are stored in a database hosted by Supabase, and this website is hosted by Vercel. Both act as service providers for PepperMind. Only the website’s server can read or write the list; it is not accessible from the browser.

No automated emails are sent by this website at this stage.

How long we keep it

We keep early-access registrations only until the early-access period ends. After that, the list is deleted. You can ask for removal at any time before then.

If you ask to be removed, we delete your registration.

Leaving the list and your requests

You can ask to be removed from the early-access list at any time. Email peppermindapp@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and ask to be removed. We will delete your registration and confirm by reply.

You can also email the same address to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to raise any other privacy concern.
